By uploading my photo I hereby grant permission to the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) for the use of my photograph/physical likeness, wholly or in part, without restriction for the promotion of their campaigns in any way and any medium, including advertising, with any reasonable retouching or alteration. I understand that:
a. such usage is only for IFAW promotions, including the internet, National Whale Day and other promotions including the websites project551.org and ifaw.org and other related sites. b. that this information might need to be disclosed to other organisations, such as media and advertising agencies, in the preparation of promotional material; c. that my image may be distributed to media and reproduced as part of the promotion of this and future IFAW campaigns. d. my image will not be sold to third parties; e. I can gain access to my personal information held by IFAW; f. I accept that no fee or remuneration will be provided for my appearances and grant unlimited use of my image to IFAW for this purpose.
